Consignor Agreement
Pocket Change Consignor Agreement Pocket Change Kids Consignment Sale Consignor Agreement Consignor Agrees to the following: a. Consignor agrees to allow Pocket Change to sell any or all items checked into a Pocket Change consignment event. The Consignor is responsible for tagging each item and setting the selling price. Discount and Donate options are left up to the discretion of the seller. Consignors who opt to use an outside tagging agency (including “Quick Change" services) agree to hold Pocket Change harmless of any pricing discrepancies. b. All items presented for consignment will be in clean, working order with all parts present at time of consignment and checked for any recall. c. Pocket Change reserves the right to refuse any item, and may also pull an item from the sales floor at anytime, for any reason. d. If no "ND" is indicated in the bottom left corner of your tag, your item WILL be discounted on the 50% OFF day, no exceptions. It is the consignors responsibility to conform to all tagging guidelines. e. If no price is indicated on your tag, a price will be determined by Pocket Change or the item will be pulled from the sales floor, set aside and returned at pick-up. f. The consignor understands it is his/her responsibility to check the unclaimed item table to see if any merchandise belongs to said consignor. g. Consignor gives consent to Pocket Change to act on their behalf in donating any items that are not picked-up by the end of the designated pick-up period. Items remaining after 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 25th will be considered donations. Pocket Change WILL NOT, under any circumstances store any unclaimed merchandise. Items will be donated @ 2:00 pm on April 25th. If consignor cards are requested an additional $5.00 will be deducted from your earnings. h. Pocket Change agrees to pay Consignors 65% of their total sales. Checks will be mailed to the consignors within 14 days of the sale closing. I understand that a $15.00 participation fee will be deducted from my earnings to defray the rising costs of building rent, postage and advertising. i. ALL CONSIGNOR CHECKS MUST BE CASHED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK DATE OR CHECK WILL BE CANCELLED! NO EXCEPTIONS. j. Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Pocket Change, the lesser of the sale location, any volunteer or paid participants in the sale, or the insurer of Pocket Change for any damage, theft, loss or act of God, of any items consigned with Pocket Change. Consignor assumes the risk by participating in the sale. We make every effort to ensure your items are well taken care of during the sale and presented to the public in the condition in which they arrived. All sales are final and no returns, refunds or credits will be given. k. Consignor or Volunteer agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Pocket Change, the lesser of the space, any volunteer or paid participants, or the insurer of Pocket Change. Checking the box below will be considered your agreement to ALL OF THE ABOVE terms.
